7. Report of the Treasurer

9. Election of Officers and Board Members (at the Annual Meeting)
10. Election of New Members
11. Unfinished Business
12. New Business
13. Adjournment

SECTION  II               At meetings of the Board, the order of business, unless otherwise directed by the majority vote of those present, shall be as follows:

1. Reading of the Minutes of the Last Meeting
2. Report of the Secretary
3. Report of the Treasurer
4. Report of the Committees
5. Unfinished Business
6. New Business
7. Adjournment

SECTION  III             At all meetings of the Club and/or Board of Directors, Robert’s Rules of Order will be followed.
