SECTION  I                 These By-laws, having been approved, accepted and adopted at the meeting of the Club, shall be and are thereby declared effective by the signatures of the President and the Secretary, hereunto affixed.  The foregoing By-laws were approved and passed by the Club membership on the 15^th day of February, 1986.
