The purpose of the Tampa Bay Bulldog Club, Inc. is to support the Bulldog Club of America and the American Kennel Club, Inc., by promoting, protecting and encouraging the exhibiting and breeding of Bulldogs according to the standard of perfection in a sportsman like way and conduct sanctioned shows and trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club, Inc.
a) To encourage and promote the quality breeding of pure-bred Bulldogs and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection;
b) To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the Breed as approved by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Bulldogs shall be judged;
c) To do all in its power to protect and advance the interest of the Breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trails;
d) To conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows and obedience trails under the rules of the American Kennel Club;
e) To promote and encourage the safety and well-being of the Breed by means of education and by taking an active role in those issues that benefit the Breed.
Please understand that the Tampa Bay Bulldog Club, Inc. and its members do not condone, under any circumstances and without exception, the sale of bulldogs through “pet shops”, “puppy mills”, or “wholesale litter lots”.

Meet The Breed
Please contact Linda Oresto if you would like to “show off your bully” at Meet The Breed held from February 9th through February 20th. Your bulldog must be at least six months old. Shots must be up to date, it is suggested you have the shot record with you.

If you go to www.meetup.com you will be able to find assorted groups who organize get together meet-ups.
There are several local meet-up groups for Bulldogs and French Bulldogs which you can join.
They get together (usually) monthly and are GREAT for socializing your new puppy or adult dog.
